PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The “COOLEST SUMMER EVER” WALT DISNEY WORLD PROMOTION– KTJM 2025” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on Monday, April 6, 2025 at 6:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on Sunday, May 3, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (the “Promotion Period”), during which one (1) grand prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries to  receive one (1) Walt Disney World Vacation Package for four (4) persons for four (4) days and three (3) nights at Walt Disney World Resort, as more fully set forth below. Entry in Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Estrella MediaCo (trade name of MediaCo Operations LLC), 1 Estrella Way, Burbank, CA 91504 (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to TEXAS residents who are twenty-one (21) years old or older as of time of entry. Officers, directors, and employees of Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies (all such individuals and entities referred to collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and each of their immediate family members and/or people living in the same household are NOT eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.

 

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit the landing page at https://www.estrellatv.com/es/live/la-raza-houston-985-fm during the Promotion Period and click on the “WDW Coolest Summer Ever Vacation” artwork to be directed to the Sweepstakes landing page, where you will be asked to provide your name, age, a valid e-mail address, full legal name, address, and telephone number. Limit one (1) entry per person

The personal information that entrants submit will be subject to Sponsor's privacy policy. Sponsor may use the information you submit to offer you information on other offers or products or services. For a copy of Sponsor's privacy policy please go to http://estrellatv.com/privacy-policy or write to MediaCo, 1 Estrella Way, Burbank, CA 91504, Attention: Privacy Policy. By entering, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Where required by law, entrants will be provided with a clear opportunity to opt in to receive marketing communications, and such consent is not required to enter the Sweepstakes.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. All entry information and materials become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submitting entry information to Sponsor is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry. Any communication or information transmitted to Sponsor by e-mail or otherwise is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

 

Entry must be made by the entrant, only as described in these Official Rules. Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the use of any device to automate the entry process, is prohibited and any entries deemed by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. The Promotion Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.

 

ENTRANT'S GRANT OF RIGHTS: For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and legal sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, each entrant into the Sweepstakes hereby irrevocably grants Sponsor, its successors and assigns, a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty free, worldwide, transferrable license (but not the obligation) to use the name, likeness, image, voice, biographical information, and any other personally identifying indicia of the entrant in any manner, in whole or in part, in any media now or hereinafter known, including, without limitation, on the Internet (e.g., the Sponsor’s website), for any lawful purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation, for promotion, advertisement, and publicity purposes.

 

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) grand prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced on air during the promotion period. 

PRIZES: Sponsor will provide one (1) grand prize winner a Walt Disney World Resort Package for up to four (4) persons (the winner and up to three (3) guests for four (4) days/ three (3) nights stay at one of the Hotels of the Walt Disney World Resort, which is subject to the conditions set forth below.  The Grand Prize will include:

1. Up to four (4) round trips coach airfare tickets for four (4) persons the major gateway airport closest to Prize Winner’s residence and the Orlando International Airport (direct flights are not guaranteed).  Departure dates to and from the airport are subject to availability.
2. Round trip ground transportation service for up to four (4) persons or voucher(s) for local ground transportation service between Orlando International Airport and Walt Disney World Resort (with the means of transportation to be selected by Disney, in its sole and absolute discretion).
3. Three (3) nights room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room(with a maximum room occupancy of four (4) (persons) at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel to be selected by Disney in its sole discretion and based on availability.
4. Four (4) standard 4-Day Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets with Park Hopper Option, each ticket with an expiration date of May 31, 2027 (each, a “Ticket”).
   1. Each Ticket currently provides admission to Walt Disney World Theme Parks for four (4) days.
   2. Reservation requirements are subject to change.
   3. Tickets are nontransferable and are valid only during specific event dates and hours.  Group members must guard Tickets against loss, theft, or damage.
   4. Certain theme parks, resorts, restaurants and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability, change or cancellation without notice or liability or closure.  Theme park admission and offerings are subject to availability, capacity limitations, and operational changes.
   5. To visit the Theme Parks, valid admission is required for the same Theme Park on the same date for each person in the Group ages 3 and up.
   6. Park Hopper option allows guests to visit more than one park on the same day, with some restrictions.  Learn more at https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest-services/park-hopper/.
   7. Theme Park reservations may be required and are subject to change.  Reservations are limited in number and subject to availability of Ticket reservations, applicable pass or ticket blockout dates and park capacity.  Blockout dates apply at the discretion of Disney and may be subject to change without notice or liability.
5. (1) Disney Gift Card to be given to the prize winner with a value of Three Hundred United States Dollars (US $300.00)
   1. The Disney Gift Card can be used at select participating locations at Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Disney store locations in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, shopDisney,com, Disney PhotoPass, Adventures by Disney, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney’s Beach Resorts.  It cannot be used toward the purchase of a Disney Vacation Club Membership, Visit DisneyGiftCard.com http://disneygiftcard.com/ for compete terms and conditions.  Additional restrictions may apply.

All costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Vacation Package description above are excluded and solely the responsibility of Prize Winner and/or his/her/their Guest(s), including but not limited to:

•     Excursions;

•     Travel insurance;

•     Laundry service;

•     Spa treatments;

•     Alcoholic and specialty non-alcoholic beverages (including specialty coffee);

•     Individually charged snacks and treats (including but not limited to movie popcorn,  packaged candy, ice cream, gelato, pastries, and bar snacks);

•     Local and long distance telephone calls;

•     Wireless and internet services;

•     transportation from/to Prize Winner’s residence; 

•     airport departure fees and taxes; 

•     baggage fees; 

•     insurance (health, travel, medical); 

•     hotel room service; 

•     parking fees; 

•     spa treatments; 

•     food; 

•     beverages; 

•     incidental expenses; 

•     service charges, resort fees or taxes;

•     Merchandise and souvenirs; and

•     Tips and gratuities not specifically set forth above.

 

The approximate retail value of the Vacation Package is Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Seventeen and 76/100 United States Dollars (US $7,917.76) (“ARV”). The ARV of the Vacation Package may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable). If the actual value of the Vacation Package is less than the stated ARV, the difference in the amount will not be awarded.  The Group must travel and redeem the Vacation Package no later than May 31, 2027. 

 

Grand Prize rules include, but are not limited to: 

 

•     Vacation must be booked at least forty-five (45) days prior to the intended Vacation travel dates and must occur from 5/31/2026 to 5/31/2027. If Vacation is not completed by 5/31/2027, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. Disney reserves the right to change the allowable dates, the Vacation period, or any other component of the Vacation, for any reason and in its sole discretion. Vacation dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply.

•     Vacation Package components may not be sold, traded, transferred, or refunded. Vacation Package is not redeemable for cash. Vacation Package is non-commissionable. 

•     Vacation Package is for the Prize Winner and up to three (3) Guests of the Prize Winner's choosing. Once selected by the Prize Winner, Guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney, which may be withheld for any reason. If the Prize Winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of guests, the Vacation Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute Vacation Package or compensation provided to the Prize Winner.

•     If Vacation Package includes airfare, the Prize Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be round-trip from/to the Departure Airport (with possible layovers). Disney will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply to air travel. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades.

•     Actual value of the prize awarded depends on a number of factors, including booking and travel dates and the number of travelers, and therefore may be lower or higher than the estimated value at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be awarded. The Prize Winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Vacation Package that

any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Vacation Package will be forfeited. 

•     No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or cruise (as applicable).  Disney is not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the Vacation Package is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and Prize Winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Disney’s sole discretion.

•     Tickets are nontransferable and are valid only during specific event dates and hours. Group members must guard Tickets against loss, theft or damage.

•     Certain theme parks, resorts, restaurants and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure. Theme park admission and offerings are subject to availability, capacity limitations, and operational changes.

•     To visit the theme parks, valid admission is required for the same theme park on the same date for each person in the Group ages 3 and up. 

•     The Prize Winner is required to have and present at least one major credit card in good standing in order to check-in.  Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the prize).

•     Any damaged, lost or stolen Disney Gift Card will not be replaced. Disney Gift Card are not redeemable, refundable or exchangeable for cash (except as required by law) and are subject to the following terms: https://www.disneygiftcard.com/terms/us. 

•     In the event the Prize Winner and/or his/her/their guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Disney in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Disney’s health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the Vacation Package, Disney reserves the right to terminate the Vacation Package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or guest(s) home with no further compensation.  The Prize Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the group.

•     Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the promotion.

•     Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at six hundred and 00/100 dollars ($600.00) or more.

•     Sponsor and/or Disney shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that Sponsor and/or Disney deem necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state and local tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.

•     The Prize Winner and guests will be required to execute a liability/publicity release and waiver form prior to booking of any travel. The Prize Winner and guests may be required to execute and return, where legal, publicity releases, which must be returned with the verification documents requested of Prize Winner.

•     If any portion or the prize is not available for any reason, then Disney reserves the right to substitute that portion of the prize with another prize of comparable or greater value.

•     If any member of the group is under the age of majority in his or her state of residence, the Prize Winner or another member of the group must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian. The Prize Winner may not charge any group member for participating in the Vacation. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Disney.

 

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: No cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prizes of comparable value if any prize listed is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Prizes will be awarded only if the prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. All portions of the prize(s) are non-assignable and non-transferable. Any prizes pictured in point-of-sale, online, television and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other Sweepstakes materials are for illustrative purposes only. All details and other restrictions of the prize(s) not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. EACH PRIZE WINNER SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND/OR LOCAL TAXES, AND THE REPORTING CONSEQUENCES THEREOF, AND FOR ANY OTHER FEES OR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE APPLICABLE PRIZE. ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON- INFRINGEMENT.

 

 

FURTHER DOCUMENTATION AND PUBLICITY: Winners may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). If any winner fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within five (5) days of prize notification (or such shorter time as exigencies may require), the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. As part of the Prize Claim Documents, a winner may also be required to execute a further right of publicity release to use the winner’s name and/or image, including, but not limited to, for advertising and promotional purposes, without further compensation.

 

NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP: Each entrant hereby acknowledges and agrees that the relationship between the entrant and the Promotion Entities is not a confidential, fiduciary, or other special relationship, and that the entrant’s decision to provide the entrant’s information to Sponsor for purposes of the Sweepstakes does not place the Promotion Entities in a position that is any different from the position held by members of the general public.

 

GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE/FORCE MAJEURE: Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s permission for the Promotion Entities to use entrant’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Entrants agree that the Promotion Entities (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any damage to an entrant’s, or any other person’s, computer system which is occasioned by participating in the Sweepstakes, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer,

transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures, or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. In the event an insufficient number of eligible entries are received and/or Sponsor is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the winner(s) in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. Unless otherwise stated in these Official Rules, the invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Unless otherwise stated in these Official Rules, in the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

 

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF ANY DISPUTES HEREUNDER, BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION AND CONSENTS TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF THE APPROPRIATE STATE OR FEDERAL COURT SITUATED IN THE STATE OF TEXAS.

ARBITRATION PROVISION: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes entrant may have with, or claims entrant may have against the Promotion Entities and Disney relating to, arising out of or connected in any way with (a) the Sweepstakes, (b) the awarding or redemption of any prize, and/or (c) the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate (a “Claim”), will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA Rules”). The arbitration will be heard and determined by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision in any such arbitration will be final and binding upon the parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. The parties agree that the arbitration will be kept confidential and that the existence of the proceeding and any element of it will not be disclosed beyond the arbitration proceedings, except as may be required by applicable law.

If entrant demonstrates that the costs of arbitration will be prohibitive as compared to the costs of litigation, Sponsor will pay as much of the administrative costs and arbitrator’s fees required for the arbitration as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the cost of the arbitration from being prohibitive. In the final award, the arbitrator may apportion the costs of arbitration and the compensation of the arbitrator among the parties in such amounts as the arbitrator deems appropriate.

This arbitration agreement does not preclude entrant from seeking action by federal, state, or local government agencies. Entrant and Sponsor also have the right to bring qualifying claims in small claims court. In addition, entrant and Sponsor retain the right to apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for provisional relief, including pre-arbitral attachments or preliminary injunctions, and any such request shall not be deemed incompatible with these Official Rules, nor a waiver of the right to have disputes submitted to arbitration as provided in these Official Rules.

Neither entrant nor Sponsor may act as a class representative or private attorney general, nor participate as a member of a class of claimants, with respect to any Claim. Claims may not be arbitrated on a class or representative basis. The arbitrator can decide only Entrant and/or Sponsor’s individual Claims. The arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial.

THIS SECTION LIMITS CERTAIN RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO MAINTAIN A COURT ACTION, THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM, THE RIGHT TO ENGAGE IN DISCOVERY EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN AAA RULES, AND THE RIGHT TO CERTAIN REMEDIES AND FORMS OF RELIEF. OTHER RIGHTS THAT ENTRANT OR SPONSOR WOULD HAVE IN COURT ALSO MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE IN ARBITRATION. If any provision of this Section is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then that specific provision shall be of no force and effect and shall be severed, but the remainder of this Section will continue in full force and effect. This Section of these Official Rules will survive the termination of your relationship with Sponsor.

WINNER’S LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: To obtain any legally-required winners list (after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes) or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed envelope with the proper postage affixed to: MEDIACO, 1 Estrella Way, Burbank, CA 91504. Please specify "winners list" or "Official Rules" and the name of the Sweepstakes in your request.
