For Immediate Release: BURBANK, CA (November 18, 2013) – Estrella TV’s 14th annual Premios De La Radio emerged as the #1 ranked telecast in Los Angeles across every demo during its November 14th broadcast.  

Broadcasting live from the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, Premios de la Radio achieved staggering ratings of a 5.5 in the A18-34 demo, 6.2 with Adults 18-49, 7.6 among A25-54, and achieved increases of 138%, 88%, and 49% respectively, over last year’s award show.  Not only did the broadcast rank well above Univision, it beat all of the general market stations as well.  The show was a who’s who of actors and musical talent, including the legendary Marco Antonio Solis performing with his own symphony orchestra.  Other highlights included several emotional tributes to the late Jenni Rivera with her family and children present and featured Estrella TV’s stars and comedians.

The Premios de la Radio Red Carpet also beat out Univision for the #1 rank, delivering a 2.9 rating in Adults 18-34, a 3.4 rating among adults 18-49 and a 4.5 rating among Adults 25-54.  Just like the Premios broadcast, the Red Carpet ranked #1 on the general market side as well, besting all other stations in Los Angeles, regardless of language. The Red Carpet increased 200% against A18-34, 240% among A18-49 and 425% in A25-54 when compared to last year’s edition.
